These Terms of Use govern access to the website lexonyx.com and its use. The website is owned and operated by LEXONYX. By using the website, you accept these Terms.

2. About the practice
LEXONYX is an independent international advisory practice led by Liudmyla Miroshnychenko, Advokat (Ukraine), registered in Germany pursuant to sections 206 and 207 BRAO.
LEXONYX provides cross-border structural and factual analysis and Ukrainian-law advice within the applicable professional authorisation. Where a matter requires jurisdiction-specific legal, tax or regulatory conclusions in another jurisdiction, those conclusions are provided or confirmed by appropriately qualified professionals; LEXONYX coordinates and integrates the relevant workstreams.
3. Nature of the Information on the Website
All information on the website — texts, Signals & Playbooks materials, service descriptions, jurisdiction overviews and other content — is provided for informational and general educational purposes only.
This information:
- does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice;
- does not constitute a recommendation for a specific structural or regulatory decision;
- does not replace professional analysis of your specific situation;
- does not create any guarantees regarding tax consequences, licensing outcomes, banking onboarding or any other results.
We aim to keep materials accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee their completeness or compliance with the latest legal changes in every specific jurisdiction. Circumstances change; what is generally correct may not apply to your model.
For advice on your situation — contact us directly.
4. No adviser-client relationship through website use
Using the website, reading materials, sending an enquiry or submitting a form does not by itself create an adviser-client or lawyer-client relationship.
A professional engagement arises only after LEXONYX has accepted the matter and the parties have concluded the relevant engagement agreement. Until then, LEXONYX does not assume responsibility for deadlines, filings or other legally significant steps.
