Function before jurisdiction
LEXONYX evaluates each jurisdiction as part of the overall business architecture: ownership, entity role, management, functions, operational reality, banking and implementation requirements. Ukrainian-law advice is provided directly by Advokat (Ukraine). Jurisdiction-specific legal, tax and regulatory conclusions outside that scope are provided or confirmed by appropriately qualified local professionals and integrated by LEXONYX into the overall Target State.
When a new jurisdiction is not needed
International customers, a lower rate or the popularity of a country do not by themselves create Entity Necessity. A new company must solve a specific problem, have a Business Purpose and remain consistent with real management, people, banking and expected investment or operating functions.
