What is the “Insights” section at LEXONYX?
Insights are the intellectual layer of the LEXONYX practice. This is not a collection of universal schemes, but a way of thinking: how to read an international structure and where to look for gaps between ownership, management and tax logic. The section consists of three formats — briefings, analyses and tools — and is based on the same system as the expertise section.
Which formats does the section include?
There are three formats: briefings — short analytical updates on what affects international structures; analyses — deep structural cases on group architecture and their tax consequences; tools — practical checklists for an initial assessment of the model. Together, they show context, logic and applied steps.
Do the materials replace personalised analysis?
No. The materials show a way of thinking and typical patterns, but they do not replace a review of a specific structure. Every international model is unique in its combination of jurisdictions, ownership, functions and flows. Insights help identify where to look for risks, but a decision on a specific situation requires personalised structural analysis.
What are the insights based on?
Insights use the same cross-border structural logic as the advisory practice, but the content is organised around five recurring client situations: international expansion, founder mobility, banking and source-of-funds scrutiny, private capital, and review of an existing structure before a transaction or other external scrutiny. Technical subjects such as tax residence, CFC, PE, VAT, substance, governance and regulatory issues are analysed inside those situations rather than treated as isolated topics.
